SOAR Aviation Ltd is a CAA Approved Part 145 Component maintenance facility for the aircraft industry. It was formed in 2020 and approved by the CAA in 2022 with a view to supporting the GA and training sectors of aviation, both fixed wing and rotorcraft.
Since 1997, its accountable manager and owner, Steve Hodge, has been involved in aircraft component maintenance and he has been an approved signatory in Part 145 organisations since the year 2002.
He has experience in more than you can currently see on the companies current capability list and, once SOAR Aviation becomes more established under the CAA, this should able to be reflected so if there is something you have that needs repair or overhaul, please do not be afraid to enquire.
We also work very closely with the LAA and local strut groups who have been very supportive from day 1.
We also offer a Non Destructive Testing Service with qualifications in fluorescent penetrant inspection, magnetic particle inspection and eddy current inspection.
